Well. That sucked. The Aussie Boomers have been bounced from the 2023 FIBA World Cup in a hail of horrible coaching decisions and bad defence, so… where do they go from here? We grade all the Boomers on their performances and look at what we need for Paris in 2024. 

Is that it for Goorj? Should that be Jingles last run as a Boomer? Would Bryce Cotton help? … Should we look towards Ben Simmons? Does Patty move to the bench? 

It’s all on the table after Luka Doncic (with 4 fouls all game!) and Slovenia took care of the Aussies on Friday… but hey, at least we beat Georgia to finish 3-2? I guess? 

SO! Anyway – we talk out Australia vs Slovenia, then the Boomers-Georgia game, hand out some grades… and try to figure out where to go from here before next year’s Olympics.
